Q: Who are Snape4print
A: Snape4print is a printing company based in Preston Lancashire, The company name is actually T.Snape & Co. Ltd. and we have been around for over 150 years! Using our design knowledge we have now created Snape4print, an easy online facility that allows people from all round the world to design and print with ease.

Q:Why choose Snape4print
A: We have a long history of excellent service. With regular clients such as Lancashire County Council, Sure Start and the NHS (to name but a few), we make sure to provide the highest quality of service, design and print.

Q: How is my work produced
A: We print using the latest Xerox technology printers and Heidelberg presses both of which are calibrated to international colour standards. They print on a high quality Colourtech paper, the product is then trimmed to size and bound or wired if needed

Q: How can I pay?
A: We can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, Electron etc.

Q: Are payments over the internet safe?
A: Yes, all payments are handled by SagePay using a secure server. Your card details will be encrypted before they are sent, making online transactions safe.

Q: Which format do my own images need to be in?
A: We accept all the most common formats - JPEG, GIF, BMP, & PNG. We recommend your image (file) has a resolution between 640 x 480 and 1280 x 960 or is sized at least 300kb for the best results. For larger canvas prints, your image resolution should be as high as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for images supplied that are of poor quality.

Q Why can I not upload my images or create my personalised gift?
